Hello, Fearless Dreamers!
Did you know you have a super power? We all do… Our inner child. That voice you hear when you are alone with your thoughts thinking of crazy ideas and the one that says go for it. That voice that says you can get out of this dead end career and make a new way for yourself. That voice that says keep going when everything else tells you to give up. That voice that tells you that you are awesome when everyone else says that you are crazy that voice the reserved, careful, conservative professional adult did it’s best to silence. Every now and then when you are grinding away with your daily routine it may even wake you up at night, you ask yourself, why am I waiting? It makes your heart flutter when you think of doing more. You know what I’m talking about and you are nodding your head right now. This type of excitement gets your blood pumping. Perhaps you have a vision of starting a business, moving across the country, starting a non-profit, or asking for a promotion so you can make a difference for people. Your super power fires you up with ideas, and no matter what, it never goes away. Oh yes, it may leave your thoughts at times, especially as we are grinding away with our daily routine but it always seems to creep back into your thought process. Deep down you know that this voice you are hearing should not be silenced with the morning cup of coffee and workday at the office. You need to listen to what it is saying but for some reason you just can’t make the final jump to do it.
As a Style and Leadership Coach, I have found my superpower, and I want to help others do the same. I know first hand how easy it is to get comfortable and accept what is. Not long ago, looking myself in the mirror each day and going through the daily grind became unfulfilling to the extent I was ready to make a change. I wanted something that challenged both my brain and my heart. The change had to start with me. The person I saw in the mirror. So, I did it. I jumped in and created a way where I could change my life and end thoughts of what could be and make it what is. I sought solutions and partnered with mentors, hired coaches, worked my booty off and studied my unique strengths. The personal leadership growth plan I created for myself was action oriented and opened the doors to new possibilities. And, now I guide others as a Style and Leadership Coach.
What is your super power saying to you? Are you willing to be the hero in your life? Together we can create a plan to help you get there. If you are ready, I invite you to schedule a complimentary discovery call here, and you can take control of where you are going.
